Temple Telegram October 20, 1970 Granger: Johnnie H. Janak, 56, of Granger died Sunday in a Temple Hospital. Funeral will be at 10 A.M. Tuesday at the Granger Brethren Church with the Reverand Joseph A. Barton officiating. Burial will be in the Granger Brethren Cemetery. Mr. Janak was born October 26, 1913 in Granger. He was a farmer and a member of the Granger Brethren Church and American Legion Post 282. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Sue Woods, Rt. 1, Bartlett; a son, Michael Janak of Granger, a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Motl of Austin; a brother Edwin Janak of Austin; and a grandson, Clove Byron Woods. Condra Funeral Home is in charge.
