Brother of Leonora "Lee" , William Alteman "Babe" , Nola Maranda , Maude Louise , Leonard Louis , Nancy Myrl "Muvie" , Theodore Francis "Rat" , Elmer Monroe "Bill" and Wyatt Zachory "Dude" Locklin. Cliff married, 20 Jun 1913 in Milam Co., TX, Willie Eugenia "Billie" Long , a daughter of William Laney Long and Laura Olive Cottle. Father of Clifford "Elmo" , Jackson Wyatt "Jack" and Allen Clement Locklin. Sometime after the death of "Billie" and after the 1940 census, Cliff married Edith Blanche Starrett, a daughter of James Newton Starrett and Elizabeth Irene Higgins. Grandson of Alteman Livingston Locklin & Mary Elizabeth Fokes and Adam William Large & Nancy Miller . ~~~~~~~~~~O~~~~~~~~~~ The Thorndale Thorn (Thorndale, Tex.) Talley officiating. The groom holds a position with the German Mercantile Co., while the bride was a operator at the telephone exchange. Their many friends were very much surprised but all join in extending congratulations and well wishes.
