Brother of Leonora "Lee" , William Alteman "Babe" , Nola Maranda , Maude Louise , Leonard Louis , Nancy Myrl "Muvie" , Clifford Griffith "Cliff" , Theodore Francis "Rat" and Wyatt Zachory "Dude" Locklin. Bill married, 31 Dec 1916, Mary Elizabeth Schroski , a daughter of Isidor & Mary Schroski. After the death of Mary on 13 Apr 1926, Bill married, 20 July 1929, Eva "Margarette" Bonds , a daughter of Alston Boyd and Frances Elizabeth Bonds.. After the death of Eva, on 25 Apr 1931, Bill married, 31 Dec 1936, Elizabeth Louise "Liba" Matlock , a daughter of William Alfred Matlock and Annie Elizabeth Leath. Father of (by Mary) Margaret Elmer "Polly", Cecil Barnett "Chilo" and Helen Odell Locklin. Father of (by Margarette) Peggy J'nell Locklin. Bill and Liba had no children. Grandson of Alteman Livingston Locklin & Mary Elizabeth Fokes and Adam William Large & Nancy Miller . Bill died in Williamson Co., TX.
