Henrietta Emily Jane (Craig) Curnow Hibbard Hibbard— Mrs. Emily J. Hibbard , aged 71, died this morning at the Samaritan home from complications of old age. She is survived by four sons, M. T. Curnow, of Spokane, three other sons and two daughters living in Oregon, California and Montana. The body is at Turnbull’s. Spokane Chronicle, Spokane, Washington 04 April 1921, Monday, Page 8 Emily married William Edward Curnow about 1869 in the Idaho Territory. It is thought that he died about 1876 somewhere in the Idaho Territory. They had several children before his death. Her second marriage was to John G Hibbard on December 30, 1877 in Baker, Oregon. The couple had a daughter, Lula Mable or "May" Hart. Her father was John Harrison Craig. Her mother was Sarah Elizabeth (Cobb) Craig. Her son Marion Taylor Curnow informed Emily's death certificate.
