Edna B. Kurpgeweit, 97, funeral will be held Tuesday. She died March 13, 2004 in Omaha. She was born Dec. 31, 1906 in Pierce county to Carl and Minnie (Nieman) Carstens. She married Arthur Kurpgeweit on Jan. 18, 1927 at Yankton, South Dakota. She was survived by a daughter and her husband Delores and Maurice Ludwick of Omaha, 4 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
