Carl H. Carstens, 75, of Mesa, a retired maintenance foreman at Motorola Inc., died April 4, 1993. He was born in Pierce, Neb., and was a World War II veteran. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; daughters, Janet Henry and Mary; three sisters; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N.
