Arthur J. Kurpgeweit, 82, funeral will be held Wednesday. He died Sept. 19, 1982 in Norfolk. He was born on Oct. 22, 1899 on a farm north of Battle Creek in Madison county to Leopold and Anna Kurpgeweit. He was married on Jan. 18, 1927 at Yankton, South Dakota to Edna Carstens. He was survived by his wife, 1 daughter Mrs. Maurice (Delores) Ludwick of Omaha, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
