Funeral services for Mrs. Adele Jupe Williams, age 86, of Transylvania, Louisiana will be held at 10AM on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Father Zacharias Prakuzhy CMI will have Mass. Interment will follow in the Providence Memorial Park Cemetery in Lake Providence. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Lake Providence. Rosary Services will be held at 6PM on Friday, December 10, 2010 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Providence. Mrs. Williams died Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Shady Lake Nursing Home in Lake Providence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dandridge Williams; her son, Richard Ellis; her parents, John Jupe and Gertrude Holecek Jupe; 2 brothers, Ralph Jupe and Kirwin Jupe; and 2 sisters, Willie Mae Weisinger and Clara Jo Jupe; Son-in-law, Don Clement. Mrs. Williams is survived by 2 daughters, Pat Harvey of Transylvania and Pam Clement of Transylvania; granddaughter and her husband, Tracy and Brad Raymond of Oak Grove, Louisiana; granddaughter and her husband, Amy and Pete Raymond of Oak Grove; granddaughter and her husband, Shannon and Shane McCurdy of Oak Grove; grandson, Shane Clement of Monroe, Louisiana; grandson and his wife, Shay and Mandy Clement of Transylvania; brother, John Jupe, Jr. of Clovis, California; brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Reba Joy Jupe of West, Texas; sister, Leona Swatzel of Santa Ana, California; sister, Diane Moore of Leroy, Texas; sister, Betty Jenson of San Antonio, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Harvey Mardel of Ross, Texas; sister-in-law, Erma Lee Jupe of Norman, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Betty Jupe; 8 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be: Pete Raymond, Brad Raymond, Shane McCurdy, Jim Buskirk, Bill Brady Oswalt, and William Ramsey, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers are: Juddie Mills, James Oscar Thorton III, and David Harvey, Jr. Family will receive friends on Friday, December 11, 2010 between the hours of 5 to 8PM at Cox Funeral Home of Lake Providence.
