Emma L. Young, 91, passed away Monday, Oct. 16, 2006, in West. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 19, in Riesel Cemetery with the Rev. Lisa Baumshell officiating. Emma was born in Leroy, Texas, to the late Henry and Annie (Leuschner) Landfried. She was a homemaker, a member of American Legion, the VFW Women's Auxiliary, and Bosqueville Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Lehrman, of Elk; sons, Allen Kuehne, of Plano, and Orlan Kuehne, of West; six grandchildren; sister, Albina Hill, of Waco; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
