FLATONIA – Therese Fajkus, 64, of Wallis, died Wednesday in a Bay City nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia with burial in Flatonia City Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jean Kristek of Wallis, a sister, Angeline Banik of Crosby, three brothers, Emil Fajkus of Flatonia, Bill Fajkus of Houston and Alfons Fajkus of Kyle, and a grandson.
