Herald Coaster, October 18, 1982: Funeral services for Vaclav Vacek, 87, of Rosenberg, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg, with Father Lad Danek officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery. A rosary is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. tonight at Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Rosenberg. Friends may call today at the funeral home. Survivors include one sister, Ella Novak of Rosenberg, and one brother, Vojt Vacek of Rosenberg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
