Bio
Son of August & Mary (DeCamp) Jensen. Married to Rae Walkama on 5-10-1945 at Jacksonville, FL. joined the Nebraska State Patrol in June 1946. The couple lived for 11 years in Central City, where he was the safety education officer. In 1966, they returned to Grand Island, where Mr. Jensen coordinated the State Patrol SWAT team and the state pistol team. He retired in 1980 after 34 years with the State Patrol. He then worked as a security officer at Fonner Park and volunteered at Stuhr Museum. WW II Veteran - US Marine Corps - 10-9-1942/-10-15-1945
