Bio
Frankie Vinklarek passed away January 5, 2014 at the age of 80. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Janet Vinklarek; three children, Michael Vinklarek, Nancy Dillner and June Schmidt; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Frankie and Janet were young sweethearts. They kept their marriage vows to their Lord: To Love and Cherish till death do us part and wait for meeting again in Heaven with Jesus Christ our Lord. Frankie loved children, playing and spending time with them. He was a generous man, loved to help those around him. Frankie was a good and loving husband to his wife; a hard worker and loving parent. He had a sense of humor, always told jokes wherever he would go, which people loved about him. Frankie also loved his dog and pal, Maltie. Visitation will take place at 9:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Vernon Welshans officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Condolences may be offered at www.sunsetfuneralhomesa.com.
