Grand Island (Nebraska) Independent January 2, 1944 Funeral rites for Mrs. Mary Bruhn, wife of Chris Bruhn, will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the Livingston-Sondermann funeral home. The Rev. John Rupley, pastor of St. Paul's English Lutheran church, will conduct the services with interment in the family space in Grand Island cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock this evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Bruhn died suddenly Thursday night (Dec. 28, 1943) of a heart attack.
