Bio

Paul Wynkoop, age 86, of Fruita, passed away Friday, January 4, 2013, at his home in Fruita. Paul is survived by his sons: Burkie (Kathy) Wynkoop, of Battlement Mesa, and Garry (Sheryl Wynkoop) of Craig; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Fruita Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 8, from 4 - 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Fruita Assembly of God Church at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 9. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the New Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado and Fruita Assembly of God Church. Services are entrusted to Fruita Funeral Home.
