Married Mary Kozisek on October 3, 1905 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Abie, Nebr. ''''''''''''' The Brainard Clipper (Brainard, Nebr.), September 16, 1915, p. 5, col. 4 BRUNO DEPARTMENT Frank Samek died at the Prague hospital last Thursday, Sept. 9th. Mr. Samek had been in poor health during the past four or five years, but was able to look after business, until Wednesday of last week, when he decided to go to the Prague hospital to be operated on, but while being prepared for the operation he passed away. He was 38 years of age at his death and leaves a wife and five small children, three girls and two boys, to mourn the departure of a husband and father. Funeral services were held in St. Anthony's Catholic church in Bruno, Sept. 11, at 10 o'clock a.m., services being conducted by Rev. Father Zalud. Deceased was a well responded citizen and the sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved wife and children.
