Married Anton Sobolik on April 10, 1888 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Abie, Nebr. ''''''''''''''' Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), May 3, 1934, p. 1, col. 7 Passing of Mrs. Sobolik. Abie, May 1 – Mrs. Anton Sobolik, who formerly lived at Abie, died at her home in Hastings on Thursday, April 26, where she had resided since the death of her husband about nine years ago. Funeral services were held from Sts. Peter’s and Paul’s church, Abie, on Saturday at 10 o’clock conducted by Rev. Alquin Kasny. Interment was in the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Sobolik is survived by two sons, William Sobolik of Abie and Joseph Sobolik of Schuyler, and one daughter, Mrs. Frank Hajek, also one sister, Mrs. Benesch of Octavia.
