Husband's name was Roy Humphrey. (no information) HUMPHREY -- At Lincoln Neb., at 2:40 p. m. Sunday, December 6, 1908, Mary Malvina, wife of Roy G. Humphrey, aged 21 years, 2 months and 13 days. Mary Malvina, daughter of George Ogg, was born September 23, 1887, at Fort Scott, Kas. She came to Nebraska with her parents when she was a child and has lived in Geneva and vicinity since that time, until September of this year when she with her husband moved to Lincoln. Vina, as she was familiarly called was married to Roy G. Humphrey February 20, 1907. Besides her husband and other relatives she leaves a host of dear friends to sorrow over her departure. Mrs. Humphrey was a member of the Christian church and her Christian life has been frequently commended to the writer. Mrs. Humphrey passed from this life in St. Elizabeth's hospital at Lincoln. Her father and sister, Mrs. McCashland, were called to Lincoln and they with her husband accompanied the remains to Geneva Monday. She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, father, two brothers, a sister, a half brother and a half-sister, besides numerous relatives and friends. The funeral services, were conducted by her pastor at the church where she has so often sat in worship. The interment was in the Geneva cemetery. "For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also that are fallen asleep in Jesus will God bring with him."
