Son of Frank Anthony & Barbara M. (Terasinski) Tworek. Married to Mary S. Teterus on 5-31-1943 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Tarnov, NE. Stanley A. Tworek Sr., age 89, of rural Columbus, Nebraska died Saturday December 29, 2001 at Morys Haven in Columbus. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday January 3, 2002 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan, Nebraska with Reverend Joseph A. Miksch officiating. Burial will be in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Visitation is from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus and after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at St. Stanislaus Church. A Vigil Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Church. Visitation will continue Thursday morning from 8:30 a.m. until service time at the Church.
