Deveney, Bernadette Mary (nee Tworek), 94, passed away at home, Ballwin, MO, Saturday, September 19, 2009 with her family beside her. She was born in Duncan, NE, and grew up on a farm near Duncan, NE. She graduated from St. Bonaventure High School, Columbus, NE. She worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lincoln, NE, Camp Crowder, Neosho, MO, and California Employment, San Jose, CA. She was preceded in death by son, Robert B. Deveney, Mother and Father, Frank and Barbara Tworek, brothers Edmond Tworek, Stanley Tworek, Ted Tworek, and sisters Frances Zoucha and Florence Tognetti. Services: Visitation will be Tuesday 5:30-9:00pm at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin. Funeral Mass will be officiated at Holy Infant Catholic Church, Ballwin, MO 10:00am Wednesday, Sept. 23. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Wildwood, MO. Following will be a luncheon at Holy Infant. In lieu of flowers, memoriams in her memory are suggested to Sister Servants of Mary, 800 N. 18th St., Kansas City, KS, Villa St. Frances, 16600 West 167th St., Olathe, KS or Choice of donor.
