Bio

Anton Osentowski, 88, of Genoa died Wednesday, May 4, 1994, at Genoa Community Hospital. Services are 10 am Saturday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Genoa with the Father Robert Nienaber Officiating. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Duncan. Visitation is until 5 pm today at Hasch-Patrick Funeral Home in Genoa and 7-9 pm with a 7 pm rosary at the church. Mr. Osentowski was born Oct. 19, 1905, at Elyria to Philip and Josephine Ciemny Osentowski. He married Clara Dush May 7, 1929, in Duncan. They farmed in the Ord, Silver Creek and Genoa areas until retiring in 1975. Survivors include his wife, three sons, Kenneith of Omaha, Elwin of Jacsonville, Florida, and Lucien of Duncanville, Texas; two daughters, Lorene Stout of Yalaha, Florida, and Janet Cuba of Omaha; 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by one sister and three brothers.
