Herald Coaster, October 2, 1960: Services for Albert F. Ognoskie, 69, of Rosenberg were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday from the Hope Lutheran Church in Beasley, with Rev. Walter Koenig officiating. Mr. Ognoskie passed away at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital at 5:15 .m. Wednesday, September 28. He was a native of Bellville but he lived in Fort Bend County for many years, where he was engaged in farming. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Minnie Ognoskie; three daughters, Mrs. Albert Voigt of Addicks, Mrs. Joseph Cacciotti of Houston, Mrs. Ralph Boehnemann of Beasley; five sons, Delmus of Houston, Albert of Needville, Daniel of Orange, Lester of Rosenberg, Larry of Needville; stepmother, Mrs. Agnes Mach of Bellville; eight half-sisters; and three half-brothers; 15 grandchildren. Interment was in the E&R Cemetery in Beasley. Arrangements were under the direction of Garmany & Company Funeral Directors. Pallbearers were Richard Koehn Jr., Monroe Koehn, Steve Gindorf Jr., Marvin Gerke, Fred Gerke Jr., and Walter Stolle.
