Bio

Osceola Sentinel , Osceola, Iowa March 25 1943. Enoch Saddoris received a message Sunday that his brother, Lincoln Saddoris of Urbana, Ill., had passed away. Lincoln Saddoris was born about 6 miles north of Osceola in a log cabin homestead his parents entered in 1853. He grew to manhood in Clarke county. Enoch of Osceola is the only surviving one out of a family of twelve children. A sister, Mrs. Dave Beatty of Lincoln, Neb., passed away Feb. 10, 1943. E.V. Kirby of Osceola was reared in the Henry Clay Saddoris home, his uncle and aunt, when his father returned to Illinois.
