William Ross Kelley, the son of George William Kelley (1881-1949) and Loa Edna Chastain Kelley (1894-1983) was born 3 Jan 1917 in Broadway, White Pine county, Nevada (a small town just inside the Utah-Nevada border). He married Jessie Elaine Robinson on 10 Oct 1938 in Ely, White Pine county, Nevada. They were parents to two children; George Stanley Kelley (1943-2008) and a daughter who is still living.
