Elma Doretha Kelley, the twin daughter of George William Kelley (1881-1949) and Rosina Jane Weaver Kelley (1885-1909), was born 11 Jan 1909 in Ibapah, Tooele county, Utah. She died 30 Mar 1909. The cause of death was listed as lack of nourishment. Her mother had died from organic heart disease when she was nine days old. She was survived by her twin sister, Leone Evelyn Kelley, who died 28 March 1989 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
