Ethel Rosina Kelley (Beel), the daughter of George William Kelley (1881-1949) and Rosina Jane Weaver Kelley (1885-1909), was born 22 January 1904 in Ibapah, Tooele county, Utah. She married John Ernest Beel on 5 Sept 1920 in Ibapah, Tooele, Utah. Ethel died on 29 July 1935 in the Salt Lake General Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah from Scarlet Fever.
