Herald Coaster, August 4, 1977: Funeral services for Emma C. Schroeder will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Immanuel Church of Christ in Needville. Mrs. Schroeder, 79, died Wednesday in Polly Ryon Hospital. She is survived by one daughter, Olie Eixmann of Needville; two sons, B.W. Tielke of Richmond and John Tielke of Houston; two brothers, Bennie and Theo Oberhoff of Rosenberg; and one sister, Nona Eixmann of Needville. Burial will be at the E and R Cemetery of Needville. Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Church of Christ. Friends may call by Garmany & Co. Funeral Home of Needville after 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
