Mary Barbara Ralston October 25,1923-January 28, 2012 Mary Barbara Parks Ralston. 88 of Waxahachie, passed away Saturday- January 28, 2012 in Red Oak. She was born to the late Walter Henry and Hattie Lou Fallis Parks October 25, 1923 in Waxahachie. Barbara graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1941. She worked for LTV during WWII machining airplanes. She also worked for Wyatt's Food Store that later became Kroger. She retired from Kroger after 28 years of service. Barbara was a hard worker, she loved music, especially gospel, was a veracious reader and loved God with all other heart. She is survived by her son, Michael W. Ralston of Bonham. Texas: her grandchildren, Kristina Storz and partner Clint Fikes of Waxahachie, Stephen Young of Austin. Sarah Young of Waxahachie. Melissa Baker and husband Jay of Waxahachie. William "Pikie" Ralston and wife Amy of Ferris. Janna Condor and husband Robert of Waxahachie, Keith Ralston and wife Desiree. David Ralston, Daniel Ralston and wife Stephany. and Katie Ralston all of Waxahachie; her great grandchildren. Hunter Storz, Zachary Griffin, Emma Wright. Jay Baker II, Cameron Ralston. Callie Ralston, Cade Ralston, Madeline Condor. Asa Condor. Caroline Condor. Trenton Ralston, Haylee and Ricky Butler, and Abigail Ralston; her sisters. Virginia Weaver and Martha Ivy; and 16 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter. Barbara Lynn "Smokey" Ralston; and also by her sisters, Elaine Tarin and Thelma Lee Brandon. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 am. Saturday. February 4. 2012 at the Oak Branch Cemetery near Maypearl. Visitation for family and friends will he held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday. February 3, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Waxahachie. * * * Mary Barbara Parks married Billy Hawks Ralston 18 Apr 1947 in Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas. They were divorced on 25 July 1975.
