Hillsboro Reporter Monday, January 26, 2004 AGNES SINKULE Mrs. Agnes J. Sinkule, 77, of Hillsboro died Tuesday, January 20, 2004, at a local hospital. She was born December 16, 1926 in West. She moved to Grandview in 1949 and then to Hill County in 1953, where she lived the remainder of her life. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church of Abbott and Quilters of Christ, a former officer for KJZT Society #104 and St. Ludimila Altar Society and a member of the parish council. She taught religious education for eight years. She married Johnnie Sinkule November 19, 1947 in West. Survivors include: her husband; one son, David Sinkule and wife, Sherri, of Scurry; one daughter, Susan Miklis of Kaufman; two sisters, Mary Sinkule and Sophie Kubala, both of Hillsboro; and six grandchildren. Rosary was recited at 9:45 a.m. Friday, January 23, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Abbott. Mass of Christian burial followed with Rev. Steve Nesrsta as celebrant. Burial was at Fatima Cemetery in Abbott. Memorials may be made to the Religious Education Program of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church of Abbott.
