Siblings: Mary Eva Phillips [Boydston], Lessie C. Phillips [Canada], Rhona A. Phillips [Yarbrough], Dixie E. Phillips [Wade], Ina Unishie Phillips [Golden], Henry M. Phillips, Louie R. Phillips and Archie Linial Phillips. On 15 October 1922 she married M.O. Harper in Booneville, Logan, Arkansas, (marriage ended in divorce, son R.G. Harper), She later married Charlie Blake Neve (1900-1971) on 28 June 1939 in Visalia, Tulare County, CA.(they had no children together and they later divorced) and #3 Roy Howard Golden (they divorced in July 1967).
