Bio

Surrounded by family, Frances 'Frankie' Elizabeth Edgar Bunch, 78, passed away on July 2, 2011, at 6:31 a.m. at her home in Oceanside, OR, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Goldendale, WA, on August 20, 1932, to Frank Wilbur and Theresa Agnes Edgar. In 1945, she moved with her family from Goldendale to Pasco, WA. She met the love of her life, Cecil Bunch, when she was 16 and, at 19, they married February 10, 1952 and lived happily ever after and enjoying life. She is survived by her loving husband of over 59 years, Cecil B. Bunch, her children Terri, Les (Clara), Toni and Larry (Carla), her brother John Victor Edgar (Sig) of Richland, WA, and sister June Edgar Wurden (Ed) of Poulsbo, WA; grandchildren Angie, Stevie, Jonathon, Julie, Bryson, Brandi, Jared, Michael, Jessica, Chelsea and Cameron and Cecil's sister Deloris Kennedy and brothers Dave (Dica), Royce (Lois) and Robert Bunch, and numerous nieces and nephews. A big 'Thank you' goes to everyone for showing their loving support by visiting, calling and doing their best to make Frankie's last days on Earth the best they could be, and a heart-felt 'Thank you' to the Union Ward Relief Society of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for providing refreshments after the grave dedication. Frances/Frankie/Mom is now reunited with her parents; her brothers, Earl, Ralph and Clyde; her sisters, Ernestine, Ruth and Naomi; and grandson Curtis Edgar Bunch (Larry & Carla). Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011, at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 South Union St, Kennewick, WA 99338. Interment and grave dedication by her son, Larry Edgar Bunch, in the Parkhurst section followed immediately thereafter. We miss you, Mom!
