Bio

A greatly beloved brother, husband, father, grandfather and loving neighbor to all passed away in Kennewick, Washington on Friday, January 26, 2018. Cecil Burhl Bunch was born to David Franklin and Flossie May (Emerson) Bunch on October 6, 1930, in Harrington, Washington, the 8th of 12 children. Bearing a very kind, generous and helpful nature, Cecil was a true friend to all who have known him. Preceding him were his parents, wife Frances Edgar Bunch, and siblings Franklin “Tude” Bunch, Florence “Sis” Lillibridge, Del Bunch, Willis “Bing” Bunch, Doris “Dode” Lillibridge, Lucille “Maud” Baldwin, Bess Prosser and grandson Curtis Edgar Bunch. Surviving are his siblings David Bunch, Royce Bunch, Deloris Kennedy and Robert Bunch. Surviving children are Terri Foster, Les (Clara) Bunch, Toni Gonzalez, Larry (Carla) Bunch, 11 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Mere words cannot express the sense of mourning and loss at his passing from this life. Known for his wit, sense of humor, and countless acts of love, generosity and kindness, therein was proven his faithfulness and devotion to all he came in contact with. This is truly a man who shall be exceedingly missed and not soon forgotten. No funeral services or memorial were held, per his request. His final resting place is next to his loving wife of 59 years at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick, Washington.
