Bio

Herald Coaster, January 9, 1977: Funeral services for Otto Richter, 83, of Beasley, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Rosenberg, with Rev. Otto Fehler officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. He was a native of Austin County and a resident of Fort Bend County since 1920. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife, Mary; son, Bennie Richter of Rosenberg; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Annie Krueger of Brenham, Mrs. Emma Hopmann of Bellville, Mrs. Minnie Henske of Kenney, and Mrs. Lydia Ludwig of Beasley; two brothers, Herman of Rosenberg and Fritz of Beasley. The family requests that memorials be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Friends may call by the Rosenberg Chapel of Garmany and Co. after 2 p.m. Saturday.
