Fort Bend Herald, December 22, 2004: Funeral services for Marzline Milady Sykora Walzel, 73, of Beasley, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2004 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Beasley. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg with the Rev. Henry Rachunek officiating the services. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. Marzline was born Dec. 21, 1930 in Pleak to Cyril and Emma Chudej Sykora and passed away Dec. 20, 2004 in Houston, after a long and courageous battle against cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents, Cyril and Emma Sykora; her first husband, Raymond T. Lindemann; her sisters and their husbands: Virginia Bohacek and her husband Willie "Bill" Bohacek and Janet Fajkus and her husband Simon Fajkus; her brother Daniel Sykora; and her brother-in-law Arnold Lindemann. Marzline is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Edward Walzel, of Beasley; sons: Dale Lindemann and wife Jerri, of Beasley, David Lindemann and wife Sharron, of Rosenberg, and Malcolm Lindemann of Beasley; grandchildren: Raymond D. Lindemann, Dawn Wamble, Kathryn Sulak, Elliot Sulak and Stella Caudle. She is also survived by brothers: Alvin Sykora and wife Judy, Johnnie Sykora and wife Barbara, Larry Sykora and wife Shirley, all of Rosenberg; sister Georgia Ann Lindemann of Needville; sister-in-law Mildred Scott and husband Johnny, of Rosenberg; also, her former daughter-in-law, Juanita Wamble of Washington; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. For those wishing, memorial contributions in Marzline's name may be made to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, P.O. Box 121, Hungerford, Texas.
