Herald Coaster, October 15, 1991: Funeral services for Virginia Bohacek, 63, of Beasley, are scheduled 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Beasley. Father Henry Rachunek will officiate, with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. A rosary service is set for 6 p.m. Monday at Davis Chapel in Rosenberg. Mrs. Bohacek was born Nov. 12, 1927 in Columbus. She died Sunday at Polly Ryon Skilled Center. She retired from Southwestern Bell after 40 years of service. She had been a resident of Beasley for more than 40 years. Mrs. Bohacek was preceded in death by her husband, Willie C. Bohacek, in 1987. Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Rebecca Lynn and Don Bradford of Houston; three sisters, Janet Fajkus of Rosenberg, Marzline Walzel of Beasley, and Georgianne Lindemann of Needville; three brothers, Larry Sykora of Pleak, Johnny Sykora of Richmond, and Alvin Sykora of Rosenberg; and a granddaughter, Shadley Bradford of Houston. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday at Davis Funeral Home in Rosenberg, Services are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
