Bio

Rudolph "Rudy" Machac, 81, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011, at his son's residence in Woodway. Arrangements under the direction of Grace Gardens Funeral Home. Rudy was born in Penelope, Texas, to the late John and Francis (Roznovsky) Machac. He lived and worked as a cowboy on various ranches thru the years in central Texas. The family moved to Axtell in 1975. He began work at the McLennan County Road Maintenance Department and retired from there. He was involved in the Texas Association of Single Adults. Rudy loved to dance and was a great partner on the dance floor. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen, Hattie, Albina, Josephine and Lillian; and his brothers, Johnny, Henry and Raymond. He is survived by his son, Bobby Machac, of Woodway; other family members and a host of friends. Waco Tribune-Herald: 6/15/2011...O7
