The Waco News-Tribune, May 13, 1954, Page 21 - HUNTER, MRS. MARY FRANCES - Mrs. Mary Frances Hunter, 94, of 1501 South Eleventh Street, died at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Joe Frazier. -- Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Compton's Chapel. Dr. Harold E. Lindsey officiating, burial in Bethany Cemetery at Whitney, Texas. -- Survivors: Three daughters, Mrs. Joe Frazier of Waco, Mrs. William Boardman of Fort Worth; three sons, F. O. Hunter of Jenks, Okla., Otis M. Hunter of Odessa and L. W. Hunter of Pasadena; two sisters, Miss Kate Griffith and Mrs. W. e. Mason of Denver, Colo.; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. -- Mrs. Hunter was a member of the First Baptist Church. -- Compton's Funeral Home, 1024 Austin Avenue, phone 4-1441."
