I am not sure if she is buried in this cemetery, but her first husband is. Although the cemetery has been searched, it appears that there is NO headstone for her here.
Sarah Cora Holland was born in December 1862 or 1863 (according to the 1900 Census-Dec 1862) in Georgia. She was the 2nd of eight children born to James Washington Holland and Amanda Viana Shores. Siblings: James (b. 1861), Henry A (b. 1867). Captola (b. 1869), Unknown name (born and died between 1870 and 1880), Thomas (b. Sep 1879) , Samuel E. (b. Mar 1883) and Pearl (b. Oct 1885). She was married to William Thomas Phillips and they were the parents of 10 children. James Wesley Phillips (1883-1944) S.E.V. (Sarah E Viana) Phillips (1884-1957) Myrtle Edola Phillips (1889-1966) Stephen 'B' Phillips (1891-1936) Ola Mae Phillips (1894-1960) and her twin brother Odis (1894-1894) Zula Jane Phillips(1895-1940) Ruby Marie Phillips(1899-1903 or 1904) and William Thomas (Tom) Phillips II (1900-1972). The 1900 Census record shows that she was the mother of 9 children and 7 were living. At the time, William Thomas was not yet born. They 1910 Census record indicates that she was the mother of 12 children, 9 living. Odis died at birth in 1894 and Ruby died around 1902 so that leaves one unaccounted for, possibly a stillborn baby born around 1886 or 1887. She became a widow on May 18, 1901 when William [Bill] was shot and killed. She later married Gilbert Wesley Hunt on October 26, 1906 and together they had 2 sons. George Washington Hunt (1907-1977) & Frank Hugh Hunt (1909-1971). I found another marriage record showing Gilbert married again in 1913 to a Bertha Bull. So, either Sarah died around 1912 or she and Gilbert were divorced, but I am still researching her death date. I know for sure that she died after 1910 because she shows up on the census and I have pictures of her up to that point.
