Cleburne Times Review Tuesday, April 24, 1984 Mabel Standridge Services for Mrs. Mable A. Standridge, 81, 510 N. Wood, are set for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Crosier-Pearson Chapel with the Revs. Robert Whitehead and Robert Graham officiating. Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Mrs. Standridge a teacher and saleslady, died Sunday in a Grand Prairie nursing home. A native of Texas, she was born Oct. 22, 1902, the daughter of Hansel and Betty Shelley. She married Oct. 7, 1922, in Cleburne to S.G. Standridge, who preceded her in death in 1974. Mrs. Standridge taught school in the West Liberty Community in Johnson County and was also a saleslady for A.E. Morris. She was a member of Field Street Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Tommy (Barbara) Horton of Grand Prairie, Mrs. Ezell (Annette) Morris of Oklahoma City; one sister, Mrs. Edna Corbin of Arlington; two granchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Robert Tidwell, Tommy Shelley, Glenn Thomas, W.E. Dahn, Jimmy Tidwell and David Fullburg. The family will recieve friends at Croiser-Pearson Funeral Home from 7:30 to 8:30 today.
