Bio

Theo. Schroeder, Former Tours Resident, Dies Theo. A. Schroeder, 71, of Dallas, retired credit manager for McAfee Inc., building materials firm, died in Dallas Tuesday. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Weiland-Merritt Funeral Chapel. Requiem Mass was celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Burial was in Calvary Hill Cemetery. Born at Tours, Mr. Schroeder had lived in Dallas for some 50 years. He reitred six years ago after working for McAtee about 10 years. He had previously been credit manager for Engineering Supply Co. He was a member of the Credit Men's Association and the Holy Name Society at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Survivors are his wife; a son, Ted F. Schroeder of Dallas; three brothers, Martin Schroeder and Joe Schroeder, of Tours and Adolph Schroeder of Castroville, and three grandchildren.
