Born the daughter of Stephen Glynn Carroll (1841 – 1897) and Susan Celia Bullard (1844 – 1901), she married William Walter Busby (1861 – 1944) and their children were Bocca Esther Busby (1884 – ) and Walter Siam/Sine Busby (1886 – 1962). Her husband is said to have died in Kaufman Co., Texas.
