Bio
Funeral services for Helen L. Guyet, 84, of Rosenberg, Texas will be 10 a.m., Monday, November 22, 2010 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn in Rosenberg. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Pastor Justin Marino will officiate the services. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time at 10 a.m., Monday, November 22, 2010. Helen was born June 3, 1926 in Glen Flora to John Leslie ad Effie E. (Crutcher) Maden. In 1943, she married Robert L. Guyet who was in the military. Upon his retirement in 1959 from the military, they made their home in Manhatten, Kansas where they worked together at Kansas State University. After many years, they finally moved back to Rosenberg. She passed away November 19, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Guyet; parents John and Effie Maden; six sisters and four brothers.
