Bio

Pattonsburg; Albert L. Ewing, son of Benjamin F. and Elizabeth A. Ewing, was born near Pattonsburg 3 Jul 1879 and departed this life at his home near Santa Rosa 2 Jun 1948 he was age 68 years 10 months and 29 days. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, one brother and two sisters. Left to mourn his passing is his wife, Margaret of the home, one daughter, Lavalette Ewing, one son Elmer Ewing both of Joplin, Mo., one brother, A. M. Ewing of Pattonsburg, one stepson Rolla Sweiger of Pattonsburg, one stepdaughter, Mrs. Ralph Brown of the home and a host of their relatives. Albert was converted in young manhood united with the Methodist Church in Pattonsburg. He remained a faithful Christian until his death. He was of a loving and generous disposition, friend to everyone and always a devoted husband.
