Anna Marie was my husband's Great-Grandaunt ∼ She was the daughter of Charles Karl Von KARNER (1858-1911) and Theresia Grace ZINNIEL (1861-1935). She was married to Harry Joseph ISHERWOOD on October 16th, 1907 in Stevens Point, WI. Their children together were: Henry George "Hank", Florence Margaret "Babe", Charles John, Ramona Grace "Mona", James Francis "Jim", Grace Magdalin, Mary Ann, Anthony John "Tony", Thomas Paul, John Joseph "Jack", and William Arthur "Billy" ISHERWOOD. Stevens Point Daily Journal , Sunday, April 21, 1934, page 3 Mrs. Harry Isherwood, age 46, a member of a pioneer family, passed suddenly Friday morning at her home at 325 Fremont Street. She had been in good health and about the house as usual on Thursday. She was taken sick 3 o'clock Friday morning. Mrs. Isherwood, whose maiden name was Miss Anna Karner, was born Sept 7, 1888, in Stevens Point. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Karner, who came to this country from Austria and located in Stevens Point 60 years ago. Her marriage to Mr. Isherwood took place in Stevens Point on Oct. 16, 1907. Surviving are her husband, seven sons, and four daughters. Henry Isherwood, of St. Louis, Florence, Charles, Ramona, Francis, Grace, Maryann, Anthony, Thomas, Jack, and William, all at home. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Theresa Karner; six brothers, Charles M. Karner and Joseph C. Karner of San Diego, CA, Peter F. Karner of Pontiac, MI, John B. Karner, A. F. Karner and Frank Karner, and three sisters, Mrs. Madge Goggins, of Watertown, WI, Mrs. Mary Corcoran, and Mrs. Margaret Konopacky. One sister, Mrs. Grace Goggins of Chicago, died a year ago. Charles Karner, father of Mrs. Isherwood, died in 1911. Funeral at St. Joseph's Church. Rev. Henry J. Ehrs will officiate with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
