Fremont Tribune (Fremont, Nebraska) 18 Jun 1946, Tue Page 2 Services Thursday For Frank A. Hines Morse Bluff - Frank A. Hines, 73, of the Morse Bluff community, died unexpectedly Monday at his home. He had been in failing health since April. Surviving are three children, Edward and Albert of Morse Bluff; Mrs. Anton Hobza of Colon, one sister, Mrs. F.C. Ruzicka of North Bend and seven grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death Mr. Hines was born Oct. 16, 1872 on a farm near Morse Bluff. On April 11, 1893 he married Katherine Cherney of Linwood. After farming a few years in the community they moved to town where they operated a grocery and dry goods store. They later went into the hardware business and then returned to farming for 12 years, retiring in 1921. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the home with Rev. Phillipi of Clarkson officiating. Burial will be in the Killian cemetery. The North Bend lodge No. 119, AF and AM will be in charge of graveside services.
