Fremont Tribune (Fremont, Nebraska) 18 Oct 1971, Mon Page 2 Morse Bluff - Edward V. Hines, 75, died Sunday morning. Services will be Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. at the family home and 10 a.m. at St. George's Catholic Church in Morse Bluff. Rev. Henry Denis will officiate. Hines was born Nov. 13, 1895, in Morse Bluff and ived all his life in the community. He married Agnes Pabian, Sept. 10, 1921 at Wahoo. He was a member of the Morse Bluff Fire Department, St. George Catholic Church, Fremont Camera Club, ZCBJ Lodge at Morse Bluff, and was chairman of Saunders County ASC office at Wahoo for 13 years. He is survived by his widow; one son, Edward J. Hines, Morse Bluff; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Loan) Hruza, Morse Bluff; a sister, Mrs. Anton (Alice) Hobza, North Bend; and five grandchildren. There will be a rosary 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the family home and the body will lie in state at the family home from 11 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the services. Moser Memorial Chapel in North Bend is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Killian Cemetery west of Morse Bluff.
