The Hooper Sentinel February 14, 1924 Son of Former Hooper People is Buried Here The remains of Chester Nelson, age 3, were brought to Hooper from Tilden Saturday afternoon and on Sunday afternoon were given interment in the Hooper cemetery following funeral services held at 1:30 at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Nelson. The services were conducted by Rev. R. D. Winker of the Methodist church. The deceased was was a son of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Nelson of Tilden, who are former Hooper residents, and to whom the hand of sympathy is now extended by friends here. Death came to the lad on Friday and followed an illness of a few days from a severe cold which developed into pneumonia. The body was accompanied to Hooper by the father and two sisters and two brothers, the mother being unable to come due to illness of another child. He was ill with a severe cold which latter developed into pneumonia. The remains were brought from Tilden to Hooper Saturday afternoon accompanied by the father, two sisters and two brothers. The mother being unable to come due to illness of one of the other children. The funeral services for the little boy were held at the home of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E.
