Mrs. Morris Mau of ( Sutton ), Dies Suddenly Betty Maxine Baker Mau of Sutton passed away unexpectedly June 19 in York. Mrs. Mau, age 26, was the youngest daughter of W. D. Baker of Pauline. She attended grade school at the Union School and attended high school in Pauline and Hastings. She was married to Morris Mau of Sutton in 1948. Survivors are her husband; four children, David, age 8, Terry 6, Debra 4, and Randy 2 months; her father, W.D. Baker of Pauline; five sisters, Mrs. Art Hager of Pauline, Mrs. Bernice Schmitz(sic)-(Leona Schmidt) of Lingle, Wyo., Mrs. Erney Raimon(sic)-(Ernest Reiman) of Bladen, Mrs. Darrel Lighthill and Mrs. Gus Kisler(sic)-(Kissler) of Hastings; three brothers, Harold, Floyd and Guy all of Blue Hill. Mrs. Mau had been suffering from an infected finger, the result of an imbedded sliver or thorn. She had driven to York on Wednesday afternoon to have it treated. She passed away in a doctor's office. Funeral services were held in Sutton on Saturday afternoon at the Sutton Federated church with burial in the Sutton cemetery. Following the services two of the clubs to which Mrs. Mau had belonged, served lunch for members of the family.
