Bio

Kathryn Louise Shaver Pegues and her husband, Percy Pegues, have bronze plaques on a common stone in this cemetery. Death date for Percy Pegues is not known at this time. He died and is buried in Shalamar, Florida, where his two sons, Danny and Gary are buried. Kathryn was a telephone operator on the switchboard at The Read House in Chattanooga, TN. She was survived by three sons: Larry Gene Pegues, Warren Dennis Pegues and Gary Lynn Pegues; however, Danny and Gary passed away between the dates of death for Kathryn and Percy.
