Agnes (Shaver) Tollett October 4, 1936 ~ March 20, 2020 (age 83) Leela Agnes Tollett, 83, passed away March 20, 2020 at her home in Dayton, TN. Agnes was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of Salem Baptist Church. She loved going to Senior Neighbors, playing bingo and spending time with her lady friends at The Courtyard. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Tollett; parents, John Hudson Shaver and Allie Housley Shaver; son, Timothy Randall Tollett; brother, Olin Shaver and sisters, Kathryn Pegues and Mildred Raines and stepgrandson; Clayton Edgeman, .. She is survived by children, Jim (Jennifer) Tollett and Darlene (Bill) Edgeman both of Dayton, TN; sisters, Velma Farley, Frances Marsh, Shirley Bishop, Lorene Jewell, Doris Watson all of Dayton, TN, Vivian Prevatte of Murfreesboro, TN; brothers, Delma, Troy and Marvin Shaver all of Dayton, TN, Huddy Shaver of Chattanooga, TN, Tom Shaver of Cleveland, TN; grandson, Brad Tollett; special great grandson, Weston Edgeman; several nieces and nephews and caregivers, Robin Elkins and Shelia Richardson, and stepgrandson, Clint Edgeman... A graveside service will be held Monday, March 23, 2020 at 2:00pm at Shaver Cemetery with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. There will be no visitation.
